KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

 Key SW member located in the technical center in China.

 Deeply understand the SW functionality, SW architecture and control strategy to support the system design, and engineering project meetings (both internal and with customer).

 Analyze the SW impact and effort of the change requests, both internal and from customer.

 Lead the SW and functionality awareness in the production plant and NTC.

 Work closely with the system team during design phase to test and define the use cases to help in the adjustment of parameters and thresholds.

 Responsibility during different audits, representing the SW team. Responsibility for creation of documentation based on customer and internal specifications, reviews, and clarifications.

 Work with Reliability and Test team supporting the analysis of the root cause of the functionality, validation, and field issues. Work with the teardown analysis team when needed, supporting log analysis, and debugging onsite.

 Participates in the implementation of workaround solutions (generating hotfix releases according to the existing process).

 Support first tests of hardware team, including EMC testing in the lab.

 Support Design Validation (DV) testing and support the plant in Process Validation (PV) and End of Line (EOL) design and validation activities.

 Collect valuable information to create statistics with the results coming from the EOL, DV/PV & Electronics Manufacturer Supplier (EMS).

 Support re-flashing activities and its strategy.

 Work in accordance with the Automotive SPICE level assigned in the project.

 Strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately join the accident disposal. QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

 Degree in Electronics, Telecommunication, Software Engineering or similar. M.S. preferred

 Min 4 years’ experience in Embedded C Software Development

-Experience with 8-bit and/or 32-bit microprocessors

-Automotive environment

-Knowledge of CAN/CAN-FD & LIN Bus vehicle communications

 Min 2 years’ experience in technical customer communication

 Ability to translate customer specific requirements into technical specifications

 Vector tools experience and knowledge: CANoe, CANape, CANdela, CANdb

 Experience developing SW in a V-Model environment, from SW requirements through unit and integration test. Including SW Architecture understanding

 Experience defending customer joint reviews and/or audits

 Excellent communication skills in English
