Job Description
In the department Global Engineering Customer Services you will be an internal service provider for the local application teams at the European sites and for global passenger car product development. With your expertise in the field of standards and processes you will support the specialist departments in the release of technical drawings and ensure that they are compliant. The broad range of our products and the constant development of improved as well as completely new products will continuously provide an intriguing variety and new challenges in your daily work.
Roles & Responsibilities:
Check and release of technical drawings for endurance testing and series production based on well-defined standards and processes
Maintenance and ensuring the quality of material master data
Documentation during order processing
Daily communication with the respective specialist departments
Contact person and consultant for all topics in the field of drawing creation and release
Contribution to the definition of local and global standards
Participation in team-internal as well as cross-team meetings and workshops
Mutual support within the team and prioritizing of tasks on a daily basis
Job Requirements / Work Experience / Skills:
Bachelor in the field of mechanical engineering or a similar technical field
Several years of work experience in a technical context, preferably in technical design
Profound expertise in the field of normative requirements on technical drawings
Tech-savvy in the use of standard office applications, SAP skills would be beneficial
Good linguistic skills in English combined with good communication skills
Distinct service attitude and customer focus
Diligent, well-organized performance and the ability to work in a team
Quick intellectual grasp and effortless transition between processes
Proactive learning of standards, guidelines, and processes
Distinct ability to share information
