---

Responsible the procurement of MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Operations). The target is to execute all the MRO purchasing tasks with best quality, cost, delivery and service.

MRO Purchasing and Intercompany Purchasing

• Process daily procurement requests from various departments, and then make sure MRO purchasing tasks are completed in best quality, cost, delivery and service
• Get inter-company support on time, make schedule about all IC material and follow up closely
• Support IDS to make trade with inter company, follow up to close IC PO on time
• Support PLB and PMs for prototype purchasing from inter-companies, and also support to purchase fixtures and jigs for new program launch timely

Improving procedure for MRO Management

• Implement “MRO Management Integration and Optimization” to drive MRO supply base standardization & optimization, and MRO inventory management in order to reach 10% cost reduction of total spend, reduce the inventory, improve tool crib management and have visibility & reporting together with warehouse & production, IT and Planning department

 Safety

• Make sure everything we buy is complaint with BW GSSF rules and that all hazardous material follows the right specific process
• Make sure no safety accident from SCM personals and Suppliers
• Support EHS team to control chemical materials in purchasing process.
• Employees should strictly abide the EHS rules and regulations and behavior guide line in the plant; wear PPE in right way; actively participate in EHS training; do housekeeping at work; report accidents and unsafe issues immediately, join the accident disposal. Specific presentation can be reached in TMS system and individual job description.
• Follow plant environment, occupational health and safety rules and convey it to suppliers
• Ensure GSSF&TRIR/LCTR reach yearly target

Cost Reduction

• Focus to high value spare parts, fixtures and tools, target at least 3% cost reduction from original price.

Other assigned job

• Support Commodity Buyers for the assigned commodity management
• Be flexible in other assigned job
