BorgWarner PowerDrive Systems is currently looking for Facilities Manager.

Responsibilities 

·        Manufacturing Responsible for overseeing the preventive and preventive maintenance of non-production machinery and installations in the plant. 

·        Prepare annual preventive and preventive maintenance plan with assessment of necessary resources and means.       

·        Checking the causes of machine and plant downtime and determining the types of actions to be taken. 

·        Supervising the process of purchasing spare parts ( mechanical and electrical ), approving prepared purchase orders according to established procedures. 

·        Handling contracts with possible external consulting companies for mechanical and electrical maintenance and training. 

·        Overseeing the correctness of maintaining an archive of work carried out on machinery and installations. 

·        Overseeing the correctness of the management of the warehouse of spare parts. 

·        Cooperation with the technology department, production department in the evaluation of preventive and preventive maintenance activities , when installing new equipment. 

·        Coordinate tasks for subordinate personnel (distribution of tasks based on deadlines and progress of preventive and preventive maintenance. 

·        Taking care of the day-to-day resolution of human resources administration problems in the subordinate team. 

·        Taking care of proper labor relations and information flow in his subordinate team. 

·        Planning and monitoring the consumption of electricity, gas and water. 

·        Planning and implementation of necessary external infrastructure works. 

·        Representing the company before external regulatory bodies. 

·        Interacting with other departments (Logistics, Production, Purchasing, HR, Finance, IT, Quality, Engineering, Maintenance) to accomplish tasks. 

·        Apply disciplinary sanctions in accordance with the Labor Code to subordinate employees. 

·        Managing human resources in terms of redeployment, leave, working time changes (in accordance with the Labor Regulations and annexes thereto). 

·        Requesting human, financial and material resources to the Management. 

·        Requesting Management to initiate development and continuous improvement projects. 

·        Requesting Management to implement or develop management systems - motivational, information technology, quality, cost accounting, etc. 

·        Establishing and maintaining contacts with external companies and services. 

 

Requirements 

·        University education - technical 

·        Knowledge of TPM principles, very good communication and interpersonal skills. Experience in working with people at different levels in the organization. Experience in managing a team. Knowledge of methods of training, development and motivation of employees. Computer skillsKnowledge of English at least good level (free business communication). Knowledge of pneumatics, mechanics, automation and electronics. 

·        Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management position in the Building Maintenance / Operations department. 

·        SEP license up to 15kV
