The role is mainly to manage and develop Aftermarket business in ASEAN and India in terms of sales revenue, operating income and cash flow via thorough strategy definition and execution, customer intimacy and people engagement.

KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Define and execute Aftermarket’s strategy for ASEAN and India
  • Define sales and marketing tactics to achieve Aftermarket’s targets in terms of growth, market share & profitability
  • Seek out business opportunities and business proposals that maximize key customers performance
  • Maximize profitability through a permanent monitoring of our pricing policy
  • Manage customer intimacy with key market players positioning the brand as a “must have” partner
  • Ensure reliable forecasts and collaborate with SC&L to secure products availability and customers satisfaction
  • Lead and motivate the commercial organization through regular communication and feedback
