Celebrating the Power of #SHE

March 8th, globally recognized as International Women’s Day, is one such occasion. It serves as a powerful reminder to honor the achievements of women across generations and recommit ourselves to the pursuit of gender equality.

At #BorgWarner IPEC Bengaluru, we embraced this meaningful day with a vibrant celebration inspired by the theme #AccelerateAction. The morning kicked off with an empowering self-defense workshop tailored for our women employees, where participants learned practical techniques to boost their confidence and personal safety. The energy continued with a joyful cake-cutting ceremony and a group photo session at the amphitheatre, bringing everyone together in unity and celebration.

To spark creativity and connection, we hosted an engaging craft workshop open to all employees. Participants explored the art of casting UV resin jewelry and textured canvas painting, making the day not just memorable but hands-on and inspiring. It was a celebration of empowerment, creativity, and community — a true reflection of the strength and spirit of the women who lead, uplift, and inspire us every day.
