Supporting Mental Health Awareness

On Tuesday 13th May, we marked Mental Health Awareness with a day of reflection, support, and connection. Colleagues wore green to show their support and took part in guided meditation sessions, helping to raise awareness of the importance of good mental health.

We were pleased to welcome an external practitioner who led two short breathing meditation sessions, offering staff the chance to pause, reset, and create space for calm and clarity. The sessions encouraged letting go of negative thoughts and anger, and instead focusing on positivity and the small, meaningful changes we can make to improve our mental wellbeing.

At BorgWarner Ltd, we believe good mental health is just as important as physical health. Taking time to rest, reflect, and connect with others helps us handle life’s challenges more effectively and supports overall wellbeing.

By making small positive changes and shifting our approach and outlook, we can all move toward greater happiness and resilience—both for ourselves and the people around us.
