Celebrating International Women’s Day 2025

On 8th March 2025, we proudly celebrated International Women’s Day with a focus on inclusion, allyship, and challenging unconscious bias in the workplace.

Colleagues across BorgWarner Bradford came together wearing pink to show their support for gender equality and solidarity with women around the world.

As part of the day, our BorgWomen! networking session hosted a thought-provoking workshop on unconscious gender bias, creating space for open discussion, learning, and reflection.
