At BorgWarner, we prioritize team integration because we believe it fosters a sense of community, enhances collaboration, and creates a positive, engaging work environment for everyone. We regularly organize various events during which we celebrate successes and it’s also a great opportunity to get to know each other better.

Throughout the year, we organize a wide range of team-building events, both big and small. One of our favorites was a company BBQ in the Będkowska Valley, where we spent the day enjoying nature, playing games, and relaxing together outside of the office. Around the holidays, we come together for our annual Christmas party, filled with games, creative workshops and good food.

Smaller teams also organize their own outings, whether it’s paintball, racing each other at the go-kart track, or a trip to the Pinball Museum, there’s always something going on that brings us closer together.

Safety is one of our highest priorities, so we organized Safety Day during which we participated in a simulated evacuation drill, experienced VR first-aid training, and joined interactive workshops designed to help us stay safe both at work and at home.

Even in the office, we like to keep things interesting. We celebrate Fat Thursday with fresh doughnuts, provide fruit for everyone from time to time, and we even invited a barista to serve up freshly brewed coffee.

We’re building a positive workplace culture through awareness campaigns and social impact. We participate in initiatives like Mental Health Awareness Month, Pink October, and Movember to spread knowledge and support important causes. We also got involved in Earth Day by organizing an e-waste collection and sharing tips on how to take better care of our planet.

We also actively take part in charitable initiatives as helping others is something that truly matters to us. We’ve taken part in the Poland Business Run and the BorgWarner Moves challenge, where every step we take helps raise money for those in need. Thanks to our team’s efforts, we’ve been able to support a children’s crisis center and an orphanage. One of our recent activities was organizing a charity fair, where all the proceeds were used to buy needed supplies for a local animal shelter.

Last but not least, we invest in learning and development. Our employees have access to a variety of training opportunities, from in-person workshops to online webinars. They also have access to a dedicated learning platform filled with a wide range of courses and resources. We believe that continuous growth is key to staying motivated and inspired.
