BorgWarner Systems Lugo born in 2017 after the BorgWarner Inc. acquisition, great US group manufacturer and supplier of components for the automotive industry worldwide, based in Auburn Hills, Michigan.

The Group owns 99 production plants (as of 2020) in 24 countries and employs around 48,000 employees. BorgWarner is one of the 25 largest suppliers of automotive components in the world. The company produces technologies for vehicles with combustion, hybrid and electric engines.
