WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR

We are looking for ambitious and keen on challenges employees who implement innovative ideas with passion and excellence and whose work is characterized by striving to achieve the highest quality and precision of the entrusted tasks.

The basic requirements we set include technical education and business knowledge of at least one foreign language, preferably English.

We are interested in candidates with engineering work experience in automotive industry, particularly in research and development or project implementation departments.

Apart from this, we also seek for employees of business support areas, including IT specialists, employees of the personnel, financial, purchasing and logistics departments as well as specialists in the field of production management.

Since manufacturing embraces the greatest area of company’s operations, the recruitment processes for shop-floor employees in particularly production operators take place for a whole year round.

2. INTERVIEWS

After the initial selection, we contact candidates who meet the requirements set in the job ad to invite them for an interview.

Interviews, depending on the position, are carried out by employees of the HR department together with direct supervisor or department manager.

3. RESULTS

Candidates are informed about the interview results, whether positive or negative via phone or e-mail.
