To our team we are looking for someone on replacement contract

 

Duties:

• Building the concept of assembly processes, equipment specifications, workstations
• and instrumentation.
• Leading projects, schedules and documentation in accordance with automotive standards applicable in the company (e.g. APQP, PFC / PFMEA and IATF 16949).
• Starting the production process, solving problems at the start-up stage.
• Implementation of timings, registration of cyclograms, optimization of work activities.
• Implementation of acceptance of layouts of lines, machines, stations, instrumentation.
• Work in interdisciplinary teams to develop the best production solutions (PFMEA, designing production processes and line layouts, Lean Manufacturing).

 

Requirements:

• Higher technical education, e.g. mechanics and machine construction, production engineering, and related.
• At least 2 years of experience in a production company in a similar area (preferably in the automotive, aviation, etc. industries) or 1 year in a related position directly at BW.
• Communicative knowledge of English in speech and writing - a must.
• Ability to create and read executive/assembly drawings.
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Ability to work with the SAP system (management of technological routes, registration of ŚPP, documentation management).
• Knowledge of production processes (assembly, tightening technique, pressing processes, inter-operational tests / end-of-line tests, setting actuators).
• Ability to work in a design environment, knowledge of the PDP process (BWS 55011-6) is welcome.
• Ability to solve problems (8D, 5WHY methodology, etc.).
• Technical knowledge of turbocharger assembly processes and the product itself.
• Technical knowledge of PLC programming, vision systems and SQL databases (queries, reports) - welcome.
• Knowledge of PFMEA analysis, knowledge of APIS IQ-RM software is welcome.
• Very good organizational skills - the ability to set goals, work on several projects at the same time, and achieve the assumed results in the allotted time.
• Ability to work in a team, highly developed interpersonal skills.
