BorgWarner’s manufacturing plant in Manesar, India, received an award from Maruti Suzuki for superior performance in human resources. India’s top automotive company, Maruti Suzuki audited about 400 suppliers to assess employee engagement, learning and development, safety, employee communication, canteen/cafeteria services, grievances, legal compliance, networking and other human resources practices. The award is the first of its kind in the Indian automotive sector.
