Delphi Technologies Shareholders Approve Acquisition by BorgWarner

AUBURN HILLS, Michigan, June 25, 2020 – BorgWarner Inc. (NYSE: BWA) ("BorgWarner") announced that shareholders of Delphi Technologies PLC ("Delphi Technologies") approved BorgWarner’s all-stock acquisition of Delphi Technologies at a special meeting today. An overwhelming majority of Delphi Technologies’ shareholders voted in favor of the transaction.
