Senior Electrical Engineer
We are seeking a highly motivated and talented electrical engineer to join our advanced product development team. In this role, you will be responsible for the design and development of actuator controller. Your expertise in actuator control and electrical engineering, coupled with strong design and analysis skills, will be crucial in delivering high-quality and reliable products.
Principal Accountabilities / Responsibilities
Ø Design the overall hardware architecture, schematic and PCB of integrated servo drivers for humanoid/collaborative robot joints.
Ø Develop and debug 3-phase FOC power drive circuits, power supply circuits, high-precision current sampling circuits, and signal conditioning for torque sensors and encoders.
Ø Conduct prototype bring-up, troubleshoot and optimize hardware issues including temperature rise, jitter, sampling drift and communication exceptions.
Ø Implement reliability design and EMC rectification, including over-voltage, over-current, over-temperature and stall protection, and high/low temperature adaptation.
Ø Deliver BOM, design documents and test specifications, and cooperate with mechanical, algorithm and manufacturing teams to support mass production.
Ø Establish hardware design standards and assist in training junior engineers.
Ø Stay abreast of the latest advancements in electromechanical technologies and industry best practices.
Ø Support the manufacturing and production processes by providing technical guidance and troubleshooting assistance.

Requirements / Qualifications
Ø Bachelor’s degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Automation or related majors.
Ø 3+ years of experience in servo / robot joint driver hardware development.
Ø Proficient in 3-phase FOC inverter topology, power circuit design, precision sampling and strong/weak current isolation design.
Ø Skilled in Altium Designer / Cadence; capable of independent high-density multilayer PCB layout with solid understanding of thermal design, impedance control and anti-interference design.
Ø Capable of independent prototype debugging and fault analysis, with proven mass production project experience.
Ø Familiar with torque sensor signal conditioning, multi-turn absolute encoder hardware acquisition, and EtherCAT/CANopen hardware debugging.
Ø Experience in industrial EMC/SAFETY rectification and production yield optimization.
Ø Hands-on experience in humanoid / collaborative robot integrated joint drivers and high power-density miniaturized servo hardware.
