POSITION SUMMARY
For new business, lead the operational launch management step (APQP 3~4step) then perform the flawless launch. Once the mass production started, lead change management issues communicating with customers and suppliers, and internal function owners.
And Set and Perform the target OEE for current production supporting Core team and generate/lead Company-wide Kaizen activities with TFT in order to secure manufacturing competitiveness.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS 

• Lead launch steps with event analysis binding with PM schedule
• Contact the key suppliers and customers to support successful change management.
• Plan and perform the Plant Trial Run per each Launch and Change event
• Set and perform current production target OEE supporting Core team
• Lead company-wide Kaizen activities.
• Responsible for SAP system encoding for part master and manufacturing BOM for New Program
• Responsible for current BOM update on a basis of SAP
