Job Title:   Quality Administrator

Reports To: Quality Systems Supervisor

FLSA Status: Non-Exempt

Key Roles and Responsibilities

  • Create and maintain Visual Process Sheets (work instructions) using Microsoft Excel and Corel
  • Facilitate daily Fast Response Meeting
  • Participate in and support Quality Systems Supervisor in quality and environmental system audits
    • IATF 16949 / ISO 9001 Internal Audits
    • ISO 14001 Internal Audits
    • Layered Audits
  • Manage Engineering Change Request (ECR) system – Host monthly meetings
  • Assist with Sort Team data collecting
  • Support / Control – Gauge Calibration System (GAGETrac)
  • Other duties as assigned

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience (minimum qualifications)

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • Internal Audit Experience preferred
    • IATF 16949 & ISO 9001 Internal Auditor Certification
    • ISO 14001 Internal Auditor Certification
  • Experience with Corel or other photo editing software.
  • Knowledge of APQP and PPAP preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in monitoring and calibrating gauges and gauge systems – preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in understanding of calibration standards and quality system requirements for calibration systems – preferred

MATHEMATICAL SKILLS

Basic math skills 

LANGUAGE SKILLS

Ability to follow and understand written and verbal instructions

Ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organization.

Be able to speak and present to 10-15 people every morning.

COMPUTER SKILLS

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word

Intermediate proficiency in Excel and Outlook (E-mail)

Knowledge of GAGETrac and Corel a plus 

REASONING SKILLS

Problem solving skills

Ability to follow and understand written and verbal instructions

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Internal Auditor Certified
