To give an overview, our multi-level inverters (MLI) control motors with speeds approaching the 200,000 rpm limit our SiC performance inverters platform (SiC-PP) enables PWM frequencies up to 100 kHz.

MLI - multilevel highspeed inverters
Turbo speed and system costs under control. Our multi-level technology enables us to keep very high motor and generator speeds of up to 180,000 rpm safely under control. MLI was developed for fuel-cell air compressors and electric turbochargers.
TLI300 - auxiliary and drivetrain inverter
Especially designed for electric and hybrid drivetrains and auxiliaries, highly reliable, the TLI300 HV „Off-the-Shelf“ inverter has already been introduced to cover a wide range of vehicle electrification applications.
The TLI300 is available with 1200V power semiconductors. Depending on the application setup, the superior vehicle controller can interface to TLI300 via CAN bus-based speed or torque control commands.
